What is your job’s biggest challenge?
I find it hard to choose the greatest challenge as it varies. I focus on delivering value to the customer, value which makes a difference to their business. It is my job as program director for Lemontree’s TAC (Test Automation Centre) at TeliaSonera to keep the dialogue between client, delivery and customer manager going by being responsive to all parties. But the overall challenge is to ensure that we end up with a high-quality solution which the client is satisfied with.
What’s the best thing about your job?
I must say that the most fun thing is the challenge. All program components combine to create a whole that is more than client’s expectations. We have an incredibly strong group at TeliaSonera and the program is highly appreciated from all sides, so it’s extra fun to make such a large and clear difference.
What does a normal working day look like for you?
The day usually begins with coffee with the team; we review the day’s activities and priorities together. Then it’s full speed ahead until we turn off the lights and go home.
